Mankato Area Hockey Association

What: MAHA registration for the upcoming winter season.

Who: Anyone/everyone planning to take part in the Mini Mite, Mite, Squirt/U10, Peewee/U12, or Bantam/U14 programs.

When:

*additional late fees will be charged to all who do not register on, or before, these dates. Please contact Holli Loe or Dan Devenport at the contact information below if you need alternative arrangements. You MUST call BEFORE registration or a late fee will apply.

Where: The upper lounge of All Seasons Arena

Action Needed:

*registration of all player's interested in the 2007-2008 season

*signature on REQUIRED fundraising commitments and pick up calendars

*signature on picture waivers

*opportunity to view and order new MAHA clothing

*opportunity to rent, return, or purchase used equipment

Payment Policy:

Option 1: 100% of registration fees and team fees due at registration

Option 2: Pay in 2installments - 50% due at registration, 50% due at your individual team meeting after placements.

Members will be able to make payments via credit card at registration.

*Financial assistance will be made available at registration through Southern MN Children's Project*

*These fees represent costs for registering for away tournaments and coaches per diem for those tournaments. Fees have been raised slightly to account for an increase in hourly costs of ice time as well as the rising costs of away tournament entry fees.

Miscellaneous Notes:

*any new members to MAHA MUST bring a copy of the player's county birth certificate

*Information on preseason meetings, fall hockey, and tryouts will be available.

ATTENTION NEW REGISTRANTS: We need a copy of your county birth certificate at registration.

We offer reasonable equipment rental and scholarships.

All players must turn in a County Copy of their Birth Certificate. Returning players certificates are on file with the registrar. These are used to verify age, if questioned at away games and are also checked in tournament play.
