Spring
Our Spring season usually starts in the middle of March once all teams have finished up and taken a couple of weeks off. The main goal of the Spring program is to allow those kids who want to continue to skate, to have the opportunity to do so. The emphasis of the Spring program is on small area scrimmages/games and a little skill/tactical work to continue to develop those areas of our player's games. Each player is on the ice 8 times over a four week period, and MSU player's are used as instructor's. Registration forms become available in mid January and can be found at All Season's Arena or on the MAHA website.
Summer
Though MAHA does not provide a Summer program, many factions work together to continue to provide ice time for Mankato area kids. A combination of MSU, ASA, and 3-D Hockey collaberate to ensure many different avenues are available for all different needs. Information can usually be found by Mid January at All Seasons Arena.
Fall
The Fall program provides skaters a chance to get their hockey legs back under them after a Summer off. The Fall season usually runs though the month of September and runs right up to MAHA placement/tryouts. The main format of our Fall program is half ice 3 on 3 scrimmaging, combined with some tactical and skill work as well. MAHA coaches are used as instructor's and player's can plan on being on the ice six to eight times over the four week period. This is a great way for skater's to get back into the swing of things going into tryouts. Registration forms become available in late July and can be found both at All Season's Arena and on the MAHA website.
